Admin/Marketing Coordinator

Date Open: Mid March
Location: Nashville, TN
Reports to: CEO
Position type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8 am-1 pm

Job Summary:

I am looking for someone who can hit the ground running as a Marketing Coordinator. You will work toward building the company brand and keeping the day to day business in order.

Main Responsibilities: 

Manage the entire onboarding process of new employees.

Handle social media marketing and event planning.

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using online tools, planning and hosting events, and attending networking events. 

Maintaining ATS (Applicant Tracking System) 

Continuous learning new ways to market MinTech Agency and improve processes.

Cold call potential clients


Experience Required:

Ability to manage the second hiring stages (onboarding)

Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Career Coach/ Technical Recruiter

Date Open: Mid March
Location: Nashville, TN
Reports to: CEO
Position type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11am-4pm or 12pm-5pm

Job Summary:

I am looking for someone who can hit the ground running as a Candidate Career Coach. You will work with our incoming candidates and help them through our candidate cycle. 

 

Main Responsibilities: 

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using online tools, planning and hosting events, and attending networking events. 

Schedule and conduct the initial calls with candidates to discuss their resume and experience. 

Assist with revamping candidate’s resumes as needed.

Keep up-to-date with new technological trends.

Assist with new hire onboarding

Continuous learning new ways to improve processes, and source talent.

Experience Required:

Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)

Experience evaluating candidates for various technical roles

Solid organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
